From 31 January to 2 February, Institutoptico celebrated its 36th anniversary with another edition of its annual meeting, this time with the theme ‘\u00d3tica Airlines \u2013 Flying Higher for 36 Years’. The event brought together employees, partners and their families for three intense days of sharing, inspiration and celebration at the Grande Real Villa It\u00e1lia Hotel & Spa in Cascais.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The event began with a cocktail reception followed by a festive dinner, where cultural entertainment took everyone on a true \u2018journey around the world\u2019. International dance shows and a performance by the duo The The Classmates<\/a> set the tone for an evening celebrating multiculturalism, unity, and the group\u2019s collective journey.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The second day was dedicated to knowledge and strategy. The morning began with a presentation of the Business and Marketing Plan, which revealed the main technological innovations, marketing activities and planned developments for 2024. The aim is to continue optimising the experience of our members and their customers, thereby driving the sustainable growth of the stores that make up the group<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The following session, led by Pedro Ruivo<\/a>, brought a commercial dynamic with a focus on sales techniques and service presentation, reinforcing the practical and applicable aspects of the teams’ daily work.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the afternoon, participants visited the exhibition of strategic suppliers, strengthening partnerships and discovering solutions and innovations in the optical sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

While the professionals participated in the convention activities, their families enjoyed cultural experiences such as visiting Casa das Hist\u00f3rias Paula Rego and Museu do Mar. This promoted an atmosphere of sharing and relaxation for everyone. In the evening, the gala dinner was filled with good cheer and excitement. A stand-up comedy show and a DJ ensured that the dance floor was crowded until the end of the night.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The event ended with a team-building activity called \u2018Team Voice\u2019, which strengthened the bonds between the members of the group and celebrated the spirit of collaboration that continues to be the driving force behind Institutoptico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
