SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not entirely satisfied with your initial choice of frames or prescription sunglasses, you can exchange them free of charge within ten days of the purchase date for another pair of equal or equivalent value in a single transaction at the store where you made your original purchase, provided that the items are in the same condition as when they were sold and that the lenses can be reused. This guarantee does not cover the replacement item.
BREAKAGE EXTRA GUARANTEE
If the purchased item is damaged and the damage is not covered by the legal warranty, your local Institutoptico store guarantees a repair or a 70% discount on the replacement value of your lenses or frame for one year after the initial purchase, provided that it is technically possible and advisable. This guarantee does not cover the repaired or replacement item.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE GUARANTEE
Our Institutoptico stores are at your disposal for all the technical adjustments Your Institutoptico stores are at your disposal for any technical adjustments necessary to ensure your comfort. This includes adjusting and levelling your glasses, cleaning them, and replacing nose pads, temple tips, screws, hinges and welds.
If you move to another city, your Institutoptico store will transfer your file to the nearest Institutoptico store.
OPHTHALMIC LENSES ADAPTATION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your new lenses within 60 days of purchase, your local Institutoptico store will exchange them once free of charge, provided they are in the same condition as when sold, for new lenses with the same prescription and of equal or equivalent value. This guarantee does not cover the replacement item.
CONTACT LENSES ADAPTATION GUARANTEE
Free trial and adaptation lenses with the purchase of disposable contact lenses.
Your contact lenses will be replaced free of charge in the event of accidental damage or tearing. A replacement will be provided at the store where the original purchase was made, within the following time limits and subject to the following conditions:
I. Within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to one replacement of a single unit for semi-rigid or conventional hydrophilic lenses
II. Within 3 months of purchase, you are entitled to one replacement of a single unit for each set of 12 monthly disposable lenses;
III. Within 2 months of purchase, you are entitled to up to five units for each set of 180 daily disposable lenses.
This guarantee does not cover the replacement item.
